I write stories about memory, belonging, and the quiet moments that change us.

After beginning my career in journalism and documentary filmmaking, I found myself increasingly drawn toward fiction, particularly magical realism, where everyday life bends just enough to reveal something true.

Having lived and worked across Hong Kong, Mainland China, North America and Europe, I create films shaped by the spaces between cultures and the people who inhabit them.

I'm currently completing my MFA in Filmmaking at NYU Tisch while developing narrative features and documentaries that explore identity, history, and wonder.

Available for freelance collaborations in screenwriting, directing, documentary development, producing and creative consulting.
